Important Characters

A powerful mage that wields high level magics with ease. She was encountered in the Skull and Sword Taphouse. Her perogative there was simply making amusement for herself by tripping drunkards and causing bar fights. Shortly after, she killed several bandits to save Simearus. 

She has since trained Perseus and taught him a small number of spells to use.

She is the oldest of the three sisters (Related to Rose and Adora). She has a habit of being unnecessarily aggressive to show that she cares.

Eila has revealed that her and Adora's sister, Rose, is alive and simply being held in the Amethyst Academy's faction stronghold. She also gave Adora a special magic item.

The youngest and softest of the three sisters (related to Eila and Adora). She has a habit of being a bit too nice. 

Squeaks. A warlock of the Rat God. A powerful caster in a Ratling body. She's an enigmatic and energetic creature, and holds the party in a good light after they slaughtered the Rat Prince and spared her and the rest of the ratlings. 

During a travel in the city, Ashford and Perseus triggered a meltdown that caused Squeaks to react violently in retaliation. She was left alone in the building to calm down. 

Hooded Lanterns Lieutenant.

Petra Lang was originally met after being abducted by the Ratlings and taken to the Rat's Nest Tavern. She was held there for a few days before being rescued. She has put in a good word for the characters to Elias Drexel.

She approached the party for aid for the Hooded Lanterns as a whole after receiving not only botched shipments of potions, but also entirely missed shipments. She wanted them to secure aid for the Lanterns once more. 

Captain Ansom Lang. He was first encountered when he asked for the party to come to Drakkenheim to save his sister. Though he could not make it official Hooded Lantern business to gain favor from the faction, he did put in good word on account of them succeeding in saving his sister.

A malfeasant wizard with a taste of selfishness and overconfidence. He's arrogant and looks down on others as if they were less than him.

The party encountered this man as a result of being asked to approach him by the Amethyst Academy, the Queen's Men, and the Hooded Lanterns. 

Amethyst Academy Lieutenant. She was introduced to the characters when she approached them on behalf of the Amethyst Academy. They desired the work of Oscar Yoren, by any means necessary. During the interaction, she proved to be an unusual character with an unusually long tongue and rather sharp teeth. 

River is the "manager" of Geralt's debt. She has pulled him aside to try and smooth over the situation so he knows that she doesn't hate him or anything.

Blackjack Mel is an unusual fellow encountered at the Skull and Sword Taphouse. He's obviously not against dealing under the table, but is good at putting up a front.

He contracted the party to take away whatever the Amethyst Academy to give it to the King's Men in return for incredible profit. 

He obviously has a good time drinking.

Flamekeeper Hanna is a woman stationed in the Chapel of Saint Ardenna. She is capable of healing the contamination caused by the Haze and other services, such as making spell scrolls of spells she can cast. All money she charges goes towards taking care of Emberwood village, such as by ensuring a steady supply of food comes in.

Lucretia Mathias is the leader of the Followers of the Falling Fire. She appears to know entirely too much about the people she interacts with, but seems to have no desire to use this information maliciously. She approaches the characters (sometimes) when they approach the gate, speaks to them, then leaves them be.

She had an interaction with Simearus that has not been explained.

Who... who is this? Where did they come from?

An ally of Geralt's. 

Encountered by Geralt and Adora after she stole from Eren Marlowe. She was threatened by Adora. As far as she revealed, she is okay.

She was also seen in the Skull and Sword taphouse with Blackjack Mel. She played the situation cool as the guards walked in.
